Managing Trips

Add Trips

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  4. Click on Trips on the left bar.
  5. Click on the Add Trip at the top right of the screen.
  6. Click on Select Order#, Select Order page will come up.
  7. Select the order you want to attach to the trip.
  8. Select Trip Date.
  9. Select Create this trip using i.e Order Number/Permanent Route.
  10. You have to Select Permanent Route first if creating a trip using a permanent route.
  11. Under Plan Trip, Click on the Edit button to Add Vehicle, Asset & Drivers.
  12. Assign Page will come up, Select Vehicle, Asset & Drivers for the trip.
  13. Click on Assign for all, If you want to add a selection for the whole trip.
  14. Click on Assign, If you want to add selection for just one entry.
  15. Click on the Save button at the bottom right.
  16. The trip is Created.
Note - User needs to confirm the order to attach with the trip.
Note - You can use BOL#, Reefer Temp fields as per your choice.

Edit Trips

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  4. Click on Trips on the left bar.
  5. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the trip you want to edit.
  6. Select the Edit option from the pop-up.
  7. Change the details you want to edit.
  8. After editing select the Update button at the bottom right.
  9. A Trip has been edited.

Delete Trips

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  4. Click on Trips on the left bar.
  5. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the trip you want to delete.
  6. Select the Delete option from the pop-up.
  7. Warning Pop-up will come up, select OK.
  8. A Trip has been deleted.
Note: For data consistency purpose all delete operations are not actual deletes. They are still retained but not displayed

Update Trip Status

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  4. Click on Trips on the left bar.
  5. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the trip you want to Update Status for.
  6. Select the Update Status option from the pop-up.
  7. Select Status of the trip, click on Save.
  8. The status has been updated.
Note - Once updated status cannot be reversed.
