Managing Service Log

Add Service log - Vehicle

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Maintenance tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Plus icon at the top right of the table to Add a Service Log.
  6. Select Unit Type - Vehicle.
  7. Select Vehicle.
  8. Enter Odometer in Miles.
  9. Select Completion Date.
  10. Bill number automatically filled.
  11. Select Vendor or add from + icon.
  12. Select the Save button at the bottom right.
  13. A service log of the vehicle is added.
Note: You can Add issue Details, Service tasks, Service parts & Additional details as per your choice.

Add Service log - Asset

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Maintenance tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Plus icon at the top right of the table to Add a Service Log.
  6. Select Unit Type - Asset.
  7. Select Asset.
  8. Select Completion Date.
  9. Bill number automatically filled.
  10. Select Vendor or add from + icon.
  11. Select the Save button at the bottom right.
  12. A service log of asset is added.
Note: You can Add issue Details, Service tasks, Service parts & Additional details as per your choice.

Edit Service Log

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Maintenance tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Green color edit icon under Actions.
  6. After editing details select the Update button at the bottom right.
  7. The service log has been edited.


Delete Service Log

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Maintenance tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Red color delete icon under Actions.
  6. Warning Pop-up will come up, select OK.
  7. The service log has been deleted.
Note: For data consistency purposes all delete operations are not actual deletes. They are still retained but not displayed.
