Managing Receipts

Receive Payment

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the bar.
  4. Click on the Receipts on the left bar.
  5. Click on the Receive Payment at the top right of the screen.
  6. Select Receipt Date.
  7. Select Customer.
  8. Click on Search Invoice(s).
  9. Check the box if Full Payment received, otherwise enter Amount Paid.
  10. Select Account.
  11. Select Payment Mode for example EFT.
  12. Provide details for example EFT Number & EFT Date.
  13. Click on the Save button at the bottom right corner.
  14. Payment received.
Note - According to payment received for invoices, Invoice status will change.
