Managing Orders

Add Order

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  5. Click on Orders on the left bar.
  6. Click on the Plus icon at the top right of the table to Add an Order.
  7. Select Load Type i.e FTL/LTL.
  8. Select Customer or add any new from +icon.
  9. Select Shipper or add any new from +icon.
  10. Enter Pickup Location with the suggestion, or check the box Type Manually.
  11. If selected Type Manually, type Address, select Country, select Province/State, select City and enter Zip Code.
  12. You can use the +icon side by pickup location to add a Multi-Pick Location for the same shipper.
  13. Select Pick Date and Time. 
  14. Enter Commodity.
  15. You can use the + icon side by commodity to add more commodities.
  16. Click on the Save button under Add Shipper, Shipper added.
  17. Select Receiver or add any new from +icon.
  18. Enter Drop-off Location with the suggestion, or check the box Type Manually.
  19. If selected Type Manually, type Address, select Country, select Province/State, select City and enter Zip Code.
  20. You can use the +icon side by Drop-off Location to add a Multi-Drop Location for the same receiver.
  21. Select Delivery Date & Time.
  22. Enter Commodity.
  23. You can use the +icon side by commodity to add more Commodities.
  24. Click on the Save button under Add Receiver, Receiver added.
  25. Click on the Add Shipment to add multi shipments in Order.
  26. Under Additional Details, Select Miles Calculated Using i.e PC Miles/Manual.
  27. If selected manual, Enter Total Miles otherwise this will be auto picked.
  28. Under Charges, Select Rate e.g Flat fee, enter Amount & Select Currency type e.g USD/CAD.
  29. Click on the Save button at the bottom right.
  30. An Order is added.

Note - You can add more details, Like- Charges, Taxes & All other fields as per your choice.


Edit order

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  5. Click on Orders on the left bar.
  6. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the order you want to edit.
  7. Select the Edit option from the pop-up.
  8. Change the details you want to edit.
  9. After editing select the Update button at the bottom right.
  10. An order has been edited.

Delete Order

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  5. Click on Orders on the left bar.
  6. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the order you want to delete.
  7. Select the Delete option from the pop-up.
  8. Warning Pop-up will come up, select OK.
  9. An Order has been Deleted.
Note: For data consistency purposes all delete operations are not actual deletes. They are still retained but not displayed. 

Confirm Order

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  5. Click on Orders on the left bar.
  6. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the order you want to confirm.
  7. Select the Confirm option from the pop-up.
  8. If you want to send a Confirmation Email, Select Yes.
  9. Enter the email, multiple emails can also be added.
  10. Select Confirm at the bottom right. 
  11. The Order is confirmed.
Note - To Attach an order with the trip, You need to confirm the order first.

Brokerage Order

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  5. Click on Orders on the left bar.
  6. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the order you want to confirm.
  7. Select the Brokerage option from the pop-up.
  8. Select Carrier & Brokerage amount.
  9. Provide Special Instructions, if needed.
  10. Click on Save at the bottom right.
  11. Carrier Confirmation Pdf preview will come up.
  12. To download, Select Download at the bottom right, otherwise Close.
  13. The Order is Brokerage.

Clone Order

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Routing & Dispatch tab at the top of the bar.
  4. Click on Orders on the left bar.
  5. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the order you want to clone.
  6. Select the Clone option from the pop-up.
  7. The selected order details will be filled up on the Add Order page.
  8. Edit the details you want to change.
  9. Save the order.
Note - Dispatcher can use this functionality to create a copy of a previously created order.
