Managing Issues

 

Add Issue - Vehicles

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Issues tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Plus icon at the top right of the table to Add an Issue.
  6. Select Unit Type - Vehicle.
  7. Select Vehicle.
  8. Enter the Issue Name.
  9. Select Reported Date.
  10. Enter Odometer (miles).
  11. Select Reported by and Assign to from the dropdown list.
  12. Select the Save button at the bottom right.
  13. An Issue with the vehicle has been added. 

Note: You can add Additional Details & Descriptions as per your choice.

Add Issue - Assets

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Issues tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Plus icon at the top right of the table to Add an Issue.
  6. Select Unit Type - Asset.
  7. Select Asset.
  8. Enter the Issue name.
  9. Select Reported Date.
  10. Select Reported by and Assign to from the dropdown list.
  11. Select the Save button at the bottom right.
  12. An Issue with the Asset has been added.
Note: You can add Additional Details & Descriptions as per your choice.


 Edit Issue

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Issues tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Green color edit icon under Actions.
  6. Change the details you want to edit.
  7. After editing select the Update button at the bottom right.
  8. The Issue has been edited.


Delete Issue

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Issues tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Red color delete icon under Actions.
  6. Warning Pop-up will come up, select OK.
  7. The Issue has been deleted.
Note: For data consistency purposes all delete operations are not actual deletes. They are still retained but not displayed. 

Resolve issue

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Issues tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Issue you want to resolve.
  6. Click on Resolve at the top right of the screen.
  7. Select Resolve via Service Entry option from the pop-up.
  8. You will be guided to Add New Service Log.
  9. Add Service Log as guided in Managing Service Log

Close Issue

  1. Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Click on the Dashboard.
  3. Login with Username & Password.
  4. Click on the Issues tab on the left menu bar.
  5. Click on the Issue you want to close.
  6. Click on Resolve at the top right of the screen.
  7. Select the Close option from the pop-up.
  8. Pop-up will come up to close the issue, select OK.
  9. Issue has been Closed.
