Managing Income Transactions
Add Income Transaction
Login with Username & Password.
- Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the bar.
Click on the Income Transactions on the left bar.
Click on the Add Income at the top right of the screen.
Select Income Category or add any new from the +icon.
Select Income Account or add any new from the +icon.
Select Deposit Account or add any new from the +icon.
Select Income Date.
Enter Received Amount & select currency type.
Select Payment Mode for example Cash.
Provide Reference, Select Date.
Click on the Save button at the bottom right.
The income transaction is added.

Note - You can also use other fields as per your choice.
Edit Income Transaction
Login with Username & Password.
Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the bar.
Click on the Income Transactions on the left bar.
Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the income transaction you want to edit.
- Select the Edit option from the pop-up.
- Change the details you want to edit.
- After editing select the Update button at the bottom right.
- The income transaction has been edited.
Delete Income Transaction
- Open the website on the browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
Login with Username & Password.
Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the bar.
Click on the Income Transactions on the left bar.
Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the income transaction you want to delete.
Select the Delete option from the pop-up.
Warning Pop Up will come up, select OK.
The income transaction is deleted.

Note: For data consistency purpose all delete operations are not actual deletes. They are still retained but not displayed.
