Download & Login

1. Search for Fleet Hawks app on App Store/Play Store.
   
2. Install the app.
   
3. Open the app on your device.
   
4. Enter your Username & Password provided by your carrier.
   
5. Click on Login Button.
   
6. You will be guided to the driver app Dashboard.
   

Confirm Dispatch

1. Select Dispatch on the driver app Dashboard.
   
2. Select Notification at the top right on the Dispatch page.
   
3. The Pending Dispatch page will open.
   
4. Accept the trip you want to Confirm.
   
5. The trip is now confirmed by the driver.
   
6. Close Pending Dispatch page from the top-right Close button.
   
7. Refresh the page, you can see a confirmed trip in the Upcoming tab.
   

Start Trip

1. Select Dispatch on the driver app Dashboard.
   
2. Click on the Upcoming tab.
   
3. Select the Trip.
   
4. The Trip Detail page will open.
   
5. Roll down to the bottom of the page, Select Start Trip.
   
6. If you want to upload BOL, Select Now.
   
7. Otherwise select Later.
   
8. The trip has been started successfully.
   
9. Click Ok, Started trip can be seen in the Current tab.
   

End Trip

1. Select Dispatch on the driver app Dashboard.
   
2. Select the Trip in the Current tab.
   
3. The Trip Detail page will open.
   
4. Roll down to the bottom of the page, Select End Trip.
   
5. You will get a pop-up to Upload POD & BOL.
   
6. Click Upload, Upload POD & BOL one by one.
   
7. The trip is Completed.
   
8. Completed trip can be seen in Completed tab.
