Managing Fuel Entry

Vehicle/Reefer Fuel Entry

  1. Open the website on a browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Fuel tab on the left menu bar.
  4. Click on Add Fuel Entry button at the top right of the screen.
  5. Select Use Type - Vehicle/Reefer.
  6. Select Vehicle.
  7. Enter Fuel Quantity & select Unit Of Measure e.g Litres/Gallons.
  8. Enter Price Per, Amount & Select Currency e.g CAD/USD.
  9. Enter Retail Price Per & Retail Amount.
  10. Select Date.
  11. Select Fuel Type e.g Diesel.
  12. Select payer from Paid By (Driver).
  13. Enter Fuel Card#.
  14. Enter Reference.
  15. Enter Odometer Reading at Time of Fueling (miles).
  16. Select Country in fuel stop details.
  17. Select Province/State.
  18. Select City.
  19. Click on the Save button at the bottom right.
  20. Fuel entry is added.
Note: You can add other optional fields as per your choice.


DEF Fuel Entry

  1. Open the website on a browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Fuel tab on the left menu bar.
  4. Click on Add Fuel Entry at the top right of the screen.
  5. Select Use Type - DEF.
  6. Select Vehicle.
  7. Enter DEF Quantity & select Unit Of Measure e.g Litres/Gallons.
  8. Enter Price Per, Amount & Select Currency e.g CAD/USD.
  9. Enter Retail Price Per & Retail Amount.
  10. Select Date.
  11. Select payer from Paid By (Driver).
  12. Enter Fuel Card#.
  13. Enter Reference.
  14. Enter Odometer Reading at Time of Fueling (miles).
  15. Select Country in fuel stop details.
  16. Select Province/State.
  17. Select City.
  18. Click on the Save button at the bottom right.
  19. Fuel Entry is added.


Note: You can add other optional fields as per your choice.


Edit Fuel Entry

  1. Open the website on a browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Fuel tab on the left menu bar.
  4. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the fuel entry you want to edit.
  5. Select the Edit option from the pop-up.
  6. Change the details you want to edit.
  7. After editing select the Update button at the bottom right.
  8. The fuel entry has been edited.

Delete Fuel Entry

  1. Open the website on a browser using https://app.fleethawks.com.
  2. Login with Username & Password.
  3. Click on the Fuel tab on the left menu bar.
  4. Click on the 3 dot button in Actions for the fuel entry you want to delete.
  5. Select the Delete option from the pop-up.
  6. Warning Pop-up will come up, select OK.
  7. The fuel entry has been deleted.
Note: For data consistency purpose all delete operations are not actual deletes. They are still retained but not displayed.
